Silkee & Co is operated by ALIHEALTH&BEAUTY PTY LTD a company registered in Queensland, Australia.
By purchasing from Silkee & Co, you agree to the following Shipping Terms and Conditions. This policy supersedes any prior written or verbal communications from Silkee & Co representatives. Exceptions to this policy may only be granted at the sole discretion of Silkee & Co.

Silkee & Co offers free standard shipping on all orders over:

Free shipping applies to standard delivery services and is available to most addresses within supported shipping destinations. Free shipping availability cannot be guaranteed for all locations.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Where a product page or checkout page displays a different processing timeframe, that timeframe will take precedence over this policy.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
Silkee & Co does not offer in-store pickup or collection services. All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete. Silkee & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be modified before dispatch.
Silkee & Co is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, industrial action, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing times, destination, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Silkee & Co ships to a variety of international destinations.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Silkee & Co is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving a shipment confirmation.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if a cancellation request is received before the order has been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Silkee & Co.
To request an order cancellation, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible.
RETURNS SHIPPING
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details regarding return eligibility and procedures.
Where approved, return shipping instructions will be provided by Silkee & Co.
Once a returned item is received, please allow up to 3 business days for inspection, processing, testing, repackaging, and restocking where applicable.
Approved refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS
Silkee & Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly. We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution where required by applicable law.
Silkee & Co is not responsible for stolen packages where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location is available.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Silkee & Co reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees incurred for redelivery or address correction.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.
