30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible Silkee & Co products.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@silkeeco.com.
Items must be shipped back and in transit within 15 calendar days from the date the return request is approved.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please provide tracking information once your return has been shipped.
Refund Processing
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition Requirements
To receive a full refund, returned items must:

Items that are damaged, excessively worn, dirty, altered, or missing components may be eligible only for a partial refund or may be rejected at our discretion.
Digital Products
Any digital products, guides, downloadable content, or electronic materials sold by Silkee & Co are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Warranty
All Silkee & Co products purchased directly from silkeeco.com are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@silkeeco.com and provide proof of purchase along with photos showing the issue.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Delivered But Not Received
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received must be reported within 15 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
Please contact support@silkeeco.com with your order number and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we will provide an appropriate resolution subject to the following conditions:

Failure to provide the requested information may delay or affect the outcome of your claim.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law.
Where goods supplied by Silkee & Co come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or compensation where required by law.
Any provisions of this policy that are inconsistent with rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law shall be interpreted subject to those rights.
